Policies, Fees, & Contacts
Peabody Museum policies regarding facilities rentals may be modified under special circumstances, and we reserve the right to cancel, should circumstances dictate.
- Prices do not include cost of required Harvard Security ($25.50 per hour, minimum of four hours for a total of $102).
- A list of six recommended caterers is available, with payment due directly to the caterer.
- Parking is available at Broadway Garage, 7 Felton St., Cambridge. Mass., by prior arrangement.
- The Peabody Museum is handicapped-accessible.
- Docents may be available to provide gallery tours during an event. To schedule docents, the licensee should allow as much notice as possible to ensure availability. A $75 per docent fee will be included on the final bill.
- Please alert us to any special security requirements, needs, or concerns regarding the nature of your event or any of your guests.
