Peabody Museum osteology projects include staff and student research; special curation of collections, often in collaboration with the Conservation Department; student internships; and senior thesis projects.

Contacts & Research

Please contact the Peabody Museum at least two weeks in advance for appointments. Research visits of one week or more in duration should be scheduled as far in advance as possible, as we are frequently at maximum researcher capacity.

• All visiting researchers are required to sign the Permission to Visit Collections Form.
• Contact us online via our Research Request Form.
• Requests for Analytical Sampling must be approved by Museum staff and faculty.  The committee meets monthly to review requests.
