## School &amp; Group Programs 

Reservations are required for all school and group K–12 visits.

### K–12 Program Fees

*New fees as of July 1, 2026*

- $100 per program plus $10 museum admission for each student.
- One chaperone per five students admitted free
- $10.00 per additional adult chaperone

- $250 for up to 25 students (includes admission to museum galleries)
- $10 each additional student.

- $10.00 per additional adult chaperone

###  Self-Guided School and Youth Group Visit Admission Fees

- $10.00 per student
- One chaperone per five students admitted free
- $10.00 per additional adult chaperone

- $7.00 per student
- One chaperone per five students admitted free
- $10.00 per additional adult chaperone
- Length: most group visits are two to three hours or less.
- Your school may also qualify for free self-guided group visits; contact Reservations to find out.

### Virtual School and Youth Group Program Fees

Museum program rates are $150 for groups of 10–50.

- Typical start times: 9:30 am, then on the half-hour until 3:00 pm.
- Number of students: Typically 25, but up to 50 per session.
- Length: One hour except for the Day of the Dead class.

### Virtual Program Fee Reduction

School groups with a high percentage of free/reduced lunch students are eligible for a fee reduction. Such schools receive $50 off the virtual program. Indicate on the reservation form that you want to be considered for a fee-waiver price quote. Cambridge Public Schools are always free of charge.
