PM Wifi: First select Harvard University as the wifi sources, then visit http://getonline.harvard.edu 
Staff: choose "I have a Harvard Key" then choose Harvard Secure, input your full email address and your Harvard Key password. When you are finished you should use the "Harvard Secure" wifi network.
Visitors:  Choose "I am a guest" and proceed from there.
