Isuara Nereyda Alonso

Co-Director of Harvard’s research project for the Conservation, Education, and Development of Archaeological Museums of Copán (COEDMAC),Honduras, for which she administers and contributes to heritage projects in archaeology, conservation and museum exhibits (2010–present). She directs the Laboratorio de Conservación de la Escultura Maya (LACEM) at the Copan Sculpture Museum, and participated in international conservation workshops. She was Archaeological field technician, for the Oropéndola Project (Director, Ricardo Agurcia, 2008-2010).
